Dancing the day away

Mama and Dad were asked to dance the Foxtrot down at the Bayfront for the Erie Arts Festival. They danced with two other couples and did great. :)
This is the concrete stage they had to dance on. Mind you, it is incredibly difficult to dance on concrete. Your feet don't slide and pivot like they should.
The beginning of the dance
So beautiful.
This little boy on the left goes to Mama's school. They had a talent show at the end of the year last year, and his girl partner couldn't make it. (She attends another school.) So, being that Mama took dance lessons from the same instructor, she danced with him. They only practiced a couple times before they danced in front of the whole school. I know they did great despite the height difference.
They had a few songs where people in the audience could get up and dance. Jamie tried out swing.
Mama was the guy in this one because they were short handed.
I danced with Dad a little after Jamie gave up.
All in all, it was fun and they did great! :)
