Back in November, Mr. Hobbs came to speak at my school for Veteran's Day. He is 89 years old and has been in WWII. I know how big of a history buff Tyler is, and knew he would enjoy talking with someone from that time period. I asked Mr. Hobbs if it would be okay for Tyler to come over and visit with him and hear about his experiences. He agreed and Tyler went to visit him this past Saturday.
Tyler recorded their conversation and hopes to go back to speak with him again soon. Before he left I asked him to get a picture with this courageous man who fought and sustained many injuries for our country.
