On September 7th, we went out to Smith Mountain Lake to see the hot air balloons. We had dinner with Tyler's parents beforehand and then walked over to the field where they were blowing up the balloons.
We picked a spot where we could see everything.

It was great that we didn't have to go far to see something this cool! Although, I'm told from my hubby that this is nothing compared to Albuquerque, where they have the BIG hot air balloon show every year.
